  • Our acts usually offer 2 hours of live music as the industry standard. This can be split into 3 x 40 minutes or 2 x 60 minutes. For most events, 2 hours of live music is plenty for each act. If you’re looking for alternative entertainment e.g. live music for a canapés at a wedding then this would be in addition to the standard 2 hours.

  • All of our bands are happy to learn a first dance and perform it Iive on the evening, free of charge. However, many clients would prefer it to be heard as the original track so in this case the song would be played through the sound system.

  • Our bands generally require 60-90 minutes in order to set up and do a soundcheck. If loading into the venue is particularly difficult (i.e. broken lift). this has prolong to set up time.

  • As a general rule, our bands have crafted and rehearsed a setlist that has been trialed and tested to work for events. However, our bands are always happy to select the songs you particularly love/dislike from within their song list. They are also happy to consider a couple requests, particularly for a first dance.

  • Yes, we require a 20% deposit for all of our acts in order to secure the band and date.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the date of the event. If funds have not been cleared, unfortunately our band will not be able to perform at your event.

  • Yes, all of our bands are self contained and will provide their own PA equipment (sound system), instruments and lighting if required. The band will need direct access to an electric plug in order to power all of the equipment so please consider this if your event will be taking place outside.

  • Each band has an appointed band leader who will be your contact on the day.

  • Adequate food and soft drinks must be provided for each member of the band for the duration of the event. The band will also require a dressing/green room where they can relax between sets, change and store their personal belongings in a secure space.
